1 cup rice
5 cups water
1 large cinnamon
1 can of condensed milk or 1 liter of milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. from scratch orange peel
1/4 cup of sultanas
- In a pot boil water with cinnamon and cloves.
- Once boiling, add the rice and move it constantly until it bursts.
- Add milk, sugar, sultanas, orange scratch and stir for 3 more minutes. If you want to have an Arroz con Leche (rice pudding) quite sweet, add condensed milk, as much as you like.
- Serve in small bowls and sprinkle cinnamon.
