Ingredients
1 cup rice
5 cups water
1 large cinnamon
6 cloves
1 can of condensed milk or 1 liter of milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. from scratch orange peel
1/4 cup of sultanas
cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. In a pot boil water with cinnamon and cloves.
  2. Once boiling, add the rice and move it constantly until it bursts.
  3. Add milk, sugar, sultanas, orange scratch and stir for 3 more minutes. If you want to have an Arroz con Leche (rice pudding) quite sweet, add condensed milk, as much as you like.
  4. Serve in small bowls and sprinkle cinnamon.
